Every piece you purchase from us is crafted with care and built to last. That’s why we offer a Lifetime Guarantee against any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

What’s Covered:

· Loose stones caused by faulty setting

· Broken clasps, chains, or links from normal use

· Issues with soldering, prongs, or structural integrity

· Manufacturing flaws or defects

 

If something isn’t right due to how it was made, we’ll make it right—free of charge.

What’s Not Covered:

 

While we wish we could protect against everything, our Lifetime Guarantee does not cover:

· Lost or stolen jewellery

· Damage from accidents, improper use, or unauthorized repairs

· General wear and tear over time (scratches, dullness, patina)

· Exposure to harsh chemicals or environments

To Keep Your Guarantee Active:

· Keep your proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

· Let us know about any issues as soon as they arise

How to Make a Claim:

1.    Email us at ivaduett@ivaduett.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

2.    We’ll review and respond within 2 business days.

3.    If covered, we’ll repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
